HUB Sinclair Cockburn is proud to announce their 2nd annual Charity Golf Tournament being held at the Thornhill Golf and Country Club on Monday July 11th, 2011 in support of  Eva’s Initiatives!

Each year Eva’s helps over 2,300 homeless and at-risk youth to get off the street, find housing and community supports, and begin to rebuild their future. At Eva's Phoenix, a transitional housing and employment facility, 1,183 youth have participated in Eva’s employment and preapprenticeship programs since 2002.

Eva’s Mission: To work collaboratively with homeless and at-risk youth to help them reach their potential to lead productive, self-sufficient and healthy lives by providing safe shelter and a range of services, and to create long term solutions for homeless youth by developing and implementing proactive and progressive services.

Funds are needed for basic services: food, bedding, clothing and shelter. Beyond the basics, Eva’s needs funding for the long-term programs that develop the skills, knowledge and confidence for homeless and at-risk youth to build a new life. Programs in need of support: Mentorship, Recreation, Independent Living, Family Reconnect and the Print Shop.
